Provide technical leadership for GUI and human–computer interaction design on embedded military systems. Deliver hands-on prototypes and high-fidelity interfaces, mentor junior designers, create reusable design standards and specifications, integrate user-centred methods and usability testing within SAFe teams, and advise on appropriate AI/ML use in interfaces.

Design and prototype graphical user interfaces and operator interfaces for embedded military hardware and complex software. Work within UX/human factors teams to create requirements, low-to-high fidelity prototypes, assets for developers, and documentation. Participate on interdisciplinary SAFe teams, review design documents, and support analysis, design and test activities.

Develop and test embedded/microprocessor software for military vehicle intercom and networking systems. Participate in Agile/Scrum, code reviews, system integration, debugging, documentation, and write software requirements to meet system-level specs.

Perform systems and cybersecurity engineering for LC5ISR-T: design system/security architecture, author requirements and SA&A artifacts, conduct vulnerability assessments, support integration/test and SPR management, ensure compliance with NIST RMF/ITSG-33/DISA STIGs/FIPS, and collaborate with DND and program teams to improve resilience and deliver secure capabilities.

Perform ergonomic and human factors analyses for military systems, focusing on hardware, reach and accommodation, vehicle integration, usability testing, and user-centred design. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define requirements, conduct research and testing, produce reports and recommendations, and support iterative design improvements.

Drive international sales of Tactical Communication and Information Systems (TacCIS). Act as technical SME for business development, capture requirements, deliver demos/POCs, support proposals and pricing, collaborate cross-functionally, provide post-sale technical escalation, gather market intelligence, and foster long-term customer and partner relationships. Travel internationally for customer sites, trade shows, and conferences.
