Teams at Groundwater Modelling Decision Support Initiative (GMDSI)

Provides primary local IT support for the Calgary office, handling service desk requests, endpoint troubleshooting, asset deployment, inventory, lifecycle coordination, and security remediation. Supports Windows environments, Microsoft 365, hardware, peripherals, mobile devices, printers, conferencing tools, and endpoint management systems. Maintains documentation and asset records while collaborating with infrastructure, cybersecurity, procurement, facilities, vendors, and enterprise IT teams.

Designs and develops mechanical systems for rugged military vehicle environments using CAD. Supports the full design lifecycle, including requirements, prototyping, assembly, verification, qualification, production ramp-up, documentation, cable routing, and manufacturing support. Collaborates with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and program teams, performs 3D scanning, and travels to Canadian defence locations for vehicle assessments and installation activities.

Leads the capture, planning, execution, and delivery of complex international tactical communications and information systems programs. Manages cost, schedule, risk, quality, resources, customer relationships, compliance, and portfolio performance. Prepares program documentation and proposals, leads reviews, resolves issues, supports growth initiatives, and mentors cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, commercial, and product functions.
