Supports emergency response planning projects by coordinating client information, meetings, documentation, budgets, time tracking, environmental planning, stakeholder notifications, printing, distribution, and quality assurance. Maintains project files, assists with hazard mitigation and government consultation activities, and provides administrative and technical support to cross-functional teams. The role requires strong organization, communication, research, problem-solving, attention to detail, and familiarity with emergency response plans, legislation, and compliance requirements.

Leads the strategic development, budgeting, innovation, compliance, and quality assurance of emergency management training programs. Oversees customized offerings such as Incident Command System training, digital and AI-enabled learning initiatives, client and industry partnerships, KPIs, and team performance. Partners with executive leadership to scale services, represents the organization externally, and ensures training effectiveness and alignment with business objectives.
