Own full-cycle recruiting for technical, business, or manufacturing functions, from intake through offer. Partner with leaders to define hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, run compliant interviews, deliver strong candidate experiences, and close complex offers. Track recruiting data to improve outcomes, advise hiring managers with market insights, and contribute to employer branding and talent-process initiatives in a fast-growing environment.

Design custom industrial machinery, automation equipment, robotic tooling, fixtures, and mechanical systems from concept through commissioning. Create CAD models, manufacturing drawings, bills of materials, and engineering documentation using GD&T and design-for-manufacturing principles. Support fabrication, machining, welding, assembly, prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement while collaborating with manufacturing, controls, suppliers, project management, and technicians.

Advise leaders on people strategies, employee relations, performance management, talent development, organizational design, change management, workforce planning, compensation cycles, and manager coaching. Support exempt and non-exempt employees across engineering, manufacturing, and shop-floor teams while ensuring policy compliance, documentation, fairness, engagement, and accountability. Partner with People Operations, Recruiting, and Legal on scalable programs, investigations, and organizational transitions.
