Create and evolve Helcim’s visual brand across advertising, web, email, social, print, and video. Develop concepts and storyboards, produce advanced motion graphics in After Effects, shoot and edit video for ads and YouTube, and use AI-assisted production tools. Partner with Marketing on strategic creative outcomes, explain design rationale, maintain brand consistency, and improve DesignOps and asset-library organization.

Support new and existing merchants through onboarding, product education, account activation, adoption, and ongoing relationship management. Communicate across email, phone, and video; understand customer needs; conduct targeted outreach; resolve questions; and collaborate with Sales, Support, Marketing, Product, and Development to improve customer success processes and outcomes.

Develop full-stack software, APIs, integrations, and extensions connecting payment platforms with accounting and vertical SaaS systems. Build tested, scalable solutions; collaborate with Product, Design, DevOps, Data, and Risk teams; lead technical projects; create GitLab CI/CD pipelines; deploy and maintain AWS or GCP infrastructure; investigate production issues; optimize SQL queries; and use BigQuery for data insights.
