Provide remote consultative sales and design support for custom closets and storage systems using a 3D configurator and KCD Design Software. Communicate with customers via email, chat, phone, and video to recommend layouts, finishes, prepare quotes, follow up, and help complete purchases while maintaining project notes.

Conduct in-home consultations to design custom storage solutions, prepare quotes, close sales, provide excellent customer service, and maintain organized project details. Attend ~12-14+ appointments monthly; work flexible hours including evenings/weekends. Company provides paid training, pre-set appointments, base salary for first two months, uncapped commissions, and mileage reimbursement.
