Build and manage relationships with investment banks, equity research analysts, institutional investors, and other capital markets participants. Develop analyst engagement programs, track sector research, provide market intelligence, and position Higgsfield as a trusted source on Creative AI. Partner with leadership, communications, and finance to develop market frameworks, investment theses, and executive narratives that generate measurable research and investor outcomes.

Leads and scales an Account Executive team, owning revenue performance, quota attainment, pipeline coverage, forecasting, recruiting, coaching, and sales execution. Personally manages strategic enterprise opportunities, executive relationships, negotiations, and complex deal strategy. Partners with the CRO and cross-functional teams on territory design, compensation, hiring, sales processes, and growth strategy while translating market feedback into company action.

Manage the daily operations and workplace experience of Higgsfield AI’s new San Francisco office. Responsibilities include overseeing reception, amenities, supplies, food and beverage, mail, vendors, facilities coordination, office access, seating, shipments, repairs, events, onboarding logistics, safety readiness, and employee and guest experiences. The role partners with People, Recruiting, IT, Security, and Facilities while building scalable processes and proactively resolving workplace issues.
