Owns the end-to-end accounts receivable and invoicing process, including collections, billing inquiries, customer payment setup, and dispute resolution. Supports ASC 606 revenue recognition, consumption-based revenue accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, audit readiness, and leadership reporting. Improves billing and cash application workflows through automation, develops scalable policies and controls, optimizes finance systems, and partners with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance.

Provide high-touch operational, travel, personal, and administrative support to the CEO. Manage complex domestic and international itineraries, visas, transportation, accommodations, meals, events, and last-minute changes. Travel frequently with the CEO, coordinate with family and the Office of the CEO, anticipate needs, communicate with vendors and internal teams, and reconcile expenses accurately through Ramp and other finance tools. The role requires discretion, responsiveness, strong judgment, and frequent in-office presence in San Francisco.

Manage general ledger accounting, month-end close activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, financial statement areas, reporting support, audits, and process improvements. The role requires strong US GAAP knowledge, attention to detail, organization, and collaboration in a fast-paced hybrid environment.
