Manage strategic customer success initiatives for enterprise customers and complex integrations. Responsibilities include analyzing source Excel data, creating import rules, validating and reconciling migrated data, documenting mappings and transformation logic, resolving discrepancies, and coordinating with customers, engineers, sales, onboarding, and support teams. The role requires strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, customer service, and effective communication.

Lead instructional design strategy for a B2B SaaS customer education program. Own migration from Skilljar to a custom LMS, defining requirements, instructional UX, authoring workflows, and tracking capabilities. Design technical curricula, certifications, interactive labs, simulations, and API tutorials. Partner with technical writers, product managers, engineers, developers, and subject matter experts to align learning content with product releases. Measure learner telemetry, adoption, completion, certification, and business impact.
