Develop software within an Agile team across database, back-end, and front-end stacks. Responsibilities include coding, unit testing, code reviews, deployments, observability, troubleshooting, documentation, production monitoring, and collaborating with product managers and stakeholders. The role also mentors junior developers, contributes to planning and estimation, gathers feedback and metrics, and helps deliver reliable, customer-focused features end to end.

Manage B2B customer relationships throughout onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion. Develop account plans, conduct business reviews, resolve escalated issues, identify upsell opportunities, monitor churn risk, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve retention, satisfaction, revenue, and margins. The role involves using HubSpot to track customer interactions, maintaining account updates, and conducting approximately 5–8 proactive customer meetings weekly.

Owns defined product initiatives from discovery through launch and post-launch measurement. The role translates customer, operational, and technical needs into requirements, partners with Design and Engineering, conducts research and testing, monitors product performance, and recommends improvements. The Associate Product Manager collaborates across Product, Operations, Compliance, Support, GTM, external data providers, and technology vendors while developing expertise in background-check and identity-verification workflows.
