Lead Zipline's core product team to define and execute the 12–18 month roadmap, grow and mentor product managers, align strategy across Engineering and Design, and embed AI-first thinking into frontline workflows. Own customer-facing storytelling, drive outcome-focused prioritization, remove cross-functional blockers, and ensure roadmap delivery creates measurable revenue and customer impact.

Lead content strategy and production across written, video, and social channels. Produce and publish content from concept to delivery, manage podcast and paid influencer placements, grow social presence, collaborate cross-functionally, analyze performance, and use AI marketing tools to optimize content and reporting.

Lead and evolve Zipline's ZUI design system and foundational frameworks. Define component architecture, tokens, accessibility, documentation, and interaction patterns. Drive adoption across designers, engineers, and PMs, contribute to complex product initiatives, and integrate emerging technologies like AI into design workflows.
