Conduct business reviews, resolve escalations, collaborate cross-functionally, identify upsell opportunities, track interactions in HubSpot, and meet performance metrics to increase B2B revenue and customer satisfaction.

Serve as the primary technical advisor for reseller and partner customers during onboarding and implementation. Lead technical discovery, guide API integrations and authentication, troubleshoot complex integrations with Engineering, manage Jira technical tickets, create integration documentation, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize platform adoption and scale technical customer success.
