Lead and scale Hive’s Customer Success team, coaching CSMs to drive retention, renewals, expansion, product adoption, and customer outcomes. Build scalable playbooks, capacity plans, and operational processes; use data, AI, and automation to improve efficiency. Represent the customer voice internally, manage escalations, collaborate cross-functionally, and develop executive customer relationships while representing Hive at industry events.

Design, build, and operate a cloud-native data and ML platform handling billions of events. Own end-to-end pipelines, feature stores, model training/serving, observability, and data product SLAs. Apply distributed systems, MLOps, and LLM/agentic systems to ensure reliable, low-latency access to features and production models with business-focused impact.

Lead Product, Design, and Product Marketing as a single, customer-obsessed team. Build product operations (roadmaps, discovery, launch process, OKRs), define AI product strategy, shorten idea-to-learning loops, hire and coach PMs/designers/PMMs, and partner with CTO and engineering to turn vision into shipped outcomes and high adoption.
