Provide global customer product and application support for Blending Advanced Applications, resolve technical cases, contribute to knowledge base, test releases, deliver training, mentor team members, and collaborate with sales and global engineering to improve product performance. Travel ~10% in North America.

Responsible for developing and managing sales in the Canada West region, focusing on industrial automation customers, while leading a sales team and executing account plans.

Lead and execute Canada tax strategy, manage day-to-day tax activities across business units, ensure compliance (corporate tax, GST), maintain documentation, support audits, advise on structural and transactional tax implications, identify tax planning opportunities, and coordinate with Corporate Tax, Treasury, and senior finance leaders.
