Package finished products on a robotics line, manage and offbear bags to prevent stoppages, ensure product quality and quantity, follow safety and quality procedures, assist Machine Operator, and maintain continuous housekeeping during rotating 12-hour shifts.

Develops and documents manufacturing work methods and processes to improve quality, productivity and reduce waste. Designs and runs experiments, analyzes trials, prepares equipment specs and SOPs, assists with equipment start-up and troubleshooting, manages complaints and corrective actions, and modifies products for cost or performance while following food safety and quality procedures.

Perform troubleshooting and root-cause repairs on production machinery, execute preventative maintenance and equipment modifications, cover absences as needed, collaborate with supervisors and technical staff, communicate effectively with coworkers, and follow safety rules.
