Run the end-to-end monthly partner billing cycle, manage partner communications, issue and track NetSuite invoices, reconcile accounts, prepare journal entries, onboard vendors/customers, investigate data discrepancies (using SQL/BigQuery when needed), maintain process documentation, and support ad hoc finance operations projects during a 6-month contractor engagement.

Design and improve backend systems for customer experiences, build APIs and microservices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer support and service tools.

Lead a high-performing team to develop the Hotels CFAR platform, manage partner integrations, and ensure technical excellence while collaborating with multiple teams to align engineering outputs with business goals.

The role involves building financial systems, providing strategic insights, and automating workflows using AI and advanced forecasting techniques to support B2C, Media, and Sales sectors.
