Own analytical relationships with travel technology partners, create scalable reporting and dashboards, conduct exploratory analysis, apply machine learning and statistical methods, and translate findings into recommendations. The Principal Product Manager will define and manage the HTS API Marketplace, coordinating with capability teams and ensuring the technical and commercial aspects of the product are met. The role involves rapid prototyping, working with AI tools, and establishing go-to-market strategies to build a revenue-generating platform.

Lead the end-to-end customer-facing conversational agent across chat and voice. Own roadmap, conversation design, partner integrations, and interface UX. Drive daily design in Figma, build prototypes with AI coding tools, define quality metrics (resolution, containment, escalation), and iterate from production data while coordinating GTM and partner teams.
