Owns the golf merchandise category strategy, including product selection, purchasing, assortment planning, pricing, inventory productivity, allocation, forecasting, and promotional initiatives across store and digital channels. The role analyzes sales and market trends, manages open-to-buy plans, negotiates with vendors, oversees purchase orders, develops category plans, and leads cross-functional partners to achieve sales, margin, and inventory objectives.

Forecast demand, analyze inventory and supply constraints, support replenishment and purchasing decisions, manage purchase order exceptions, coordinate suppliers and fulfillment activities, and develop operational reports and planning tools. The role uses SQL, Excel, Anaplan, KNIME, and Power Query to improve forecasting, automate workflows, identify risks, and provide data-driven recommendations to planning, finance, sales, supply chain, and leadership teams.

Manages a portfolio of major clients as the primary support contact, delivering customer service throughout the sales cycle and assisting account sales managers. Responsibilities include coordinating with sales, e-commerce, fulfillment, and internal teams; preparing sales reports; resolving outstanding orders; maintaining account programs; improving processes; and proactively addressing customer issues.
