Two-year rotational data science program supporting Finance and Merchandising through business intelligence, data engineering, analytics, visualization, finance transformation, and AI development. Associates will build dashboards, models, data-driven solutions, intelligent agents, and decision-support insights while collaborating cross-functionally. The role is based in Calgary and requires four days onsite weekly.

Administer and enhance Power BI and enterprise visualization platforms, including governance, security, workspaces, gateways, capacities, deployment pipelines, and performance optimization. Develop reports and semantic models, troubleshoot production issues, support intake and prioritization, promote adoption and standards, and collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and support teams. Contribute to automation, DevOps, modernization, and enterprise analytics enablement.

Supports the Buyer in executing workwear merchandising strategy, including assortment and style management, vendor communication, purchase orders, promotions, samples, product images, online onboarding, and marketing content. Coordinates with pricing, planning, allocation, logistics, e-commerce, compliance, design, and store operations teams to meet financial goals and deliver accurate product execution. Maintains organized records, follows up on deadlines, resolves issues, and supports strong vendor and cross-functional relationships.
