The Chief of Staff will lead AI transformation initiatives, designing scalable processes, managing client engagements, and ensuring effective delivery and governance of AI solutions across the organization.

Lead brand identity, visual direction, design systems, and web and product design across multiple client engagements. Build scalable systems from brand foundations, including components, documentation, governance, and token conventions. Use AI-augmented workflows, collaborate with engineers and strategists, present decisions to clients, and ensure designs are implementable. The role requires strong Figma expertise, front-end fluency, agency or consultancy experience, and the ability to balance visual quality with functional usability.

Lead end-to-end AI transformation engagements: diagnose opportunities, design roadmaps, prototype and build 0-to-1 AI products, manage senior client relationships, deploy AI tooling, and support go-to-market and internal delivery practices.
