Represents HCI in the Calgary community by building donor, partner, school, and NGO relationships; developing fundraising campaigns; planning events; coordinating volunteers and youth initiatives; identifying grants; preparing proposals; managing donor data; and reporting on fundraising outcomes. The role also increases brand awareness through community outreach and social media, requires some travel and evening or weekend work, and serves as a local ambassador for HCI’s humanitarian mission.

Represents HCI in Calgary by building community relationships, increasing brand awareness, engaging donors, and raising funds. Develops fundraising campaigns, manages donor data, identifies grants, prepares proposals, coordinates events and volunteers, engages youth, and builds partnerships with schools, foundations, NGOs, and community organizations. Tracks fundraising goals and provides impact reports. Requires some travel and evening or weekend work.

Leads organizational marketing and communications strategy, brand management, digital campaigns, content development, media relations, fundraising promotion, event marketing, vendor coordination, budgeting, and performance reporting. The role manages stakeholder engagement and ensures consistent messaging across communication channels while using analytics to improve awareness, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
