The Senior Consultant, Talent Development and Learning designs and delivers learning solutions, assesses needs, and drives engagement and revenue growth across PPI.

Lead and coach accounting and AP/AR teams; oversee month-end close, general ledger reconciliations, regional and group reporting, indirect tax filings, and annual budget preparation. Support ERP (Great Plains) operations and assist on projects and ad-hoc assignments.

Provide administrative and sales support to financial advisors and internal teams in an insurance-focused environment. Act as liaison across stakeholders, maintain sales tools and presentations, onboard advisors, track and analyze sales activities, produce reports and customized contact lists, and support advisor engagement and training to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.
