Leads production shift personnel in a unionized manufacturing environment, managing scheduling, performance, training, safety, quality, and production goals. Improves processes using lean methods, resolves production issues, maintains documentation, investigates safety incidents, and supports equipment and quality improvements. The role operates on a rotating 12-hour day and night schedule, including weekends.

Oversee and maintain critical plant utilities, including oil heaters, HVAC equipment, compressors, steam systems, pressure vessels, and fire prevention systems. Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, safety checks, repairs, logbook management, contractor coordination, and compliance activities in accordance with ABSA requirements. Manage site projects, prioritize maintenance activities, and communicate effectively across plant personnel and management.

The Production Supervisor will lead a manufacturing team, manage production schedules, ensure safety compliance, and improve processes.
