A Journeyman Millwright will install, repair, and maintain machinery in a manufacturing facility, ensuring safety and operational efficiency.

The Millwright ensures machinery operation by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and repairing mechanical devices. Responsibilities include using tools to adjust and fabricate parts as needed.

Supervise shift personnel to meet quality and production targets, enforce safety and OHS compliance, train and develop employees, apply lean tools to improve processes, troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues, maintain SOPs and documentation, and investigate safety/quality incidents.
