Provides comprehensive HR partnership to manufacturing site leaders and employees across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, attendance, compliance, engagement, payroll support, benefits, and workforce planning. Advises supervisors on employee issues, investigations, corrective action, and policy interpretation; audits HR data and processes; prepares reports and documentation; supports HR programs; and mentors HRBP I colleagues.
