Plans and manages facility construction, renovation, and space-planning projects across multiple locations. Responsibilities include feasibility studies, site master planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource planning, stakeholder coordination, construction documentation, contract and procurement support, bid review, compliance, and project closeout. The role partners with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, leadership, and internal teams to deliver laboratory and office projects aligned with business needs and applicable standards.

Provides strategic legal counsel on commercial contracts, complex customer negotiations, go-to-market initiatives, vendor and collaborator agreements, operational legal processes, and M&A diligence and integration. Partners with finance, commercial, product management, and other teams to manage risk, implement contractual controls, and support strategic transactions. Leads legal workstreams and maintains critical customer relationships.

Design, build, and scale cloud lakehouse data products (Databricks/Snowflake) from ingestion to analytics-ready datasets using medallion architecture. Develop reusable Python frameworks, Spark pipelines, and dbt/SQL transformations. Implement data modeling, governance, observability, validation, and SLA monitoring. Troubleshoot production issues, adopt AI to accelerate engineering, and provide technical leadership, code reviews, architecture decisions, and mentoring for global engineering teams.
