As a Customer Experience Representative, you will support store operations, conduct inventory, engage with customers, and create a welcoming environment while promoting a positive employee and customer experience.

Lead the store team to deliver excellent customer service and omni-channel sales. Drive sales, analyze performance, execute events and merchandising, manage inventory/returns, ensure health and safety compliance, and develop employee engagement, training, and performance.

Serve as the primary contact for customers in-store and online, providing empathetic, solution-focused support across channels. Capture and document feedback, recommend products, resolve issues to completion, collaborate with teams to improve service, and support daily operations while modeling company values and participating in ongoing training.

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will create a welcoming environment, engage with customers, tell stories about products, and contribute to employee and customer experience improvements.

Provide friendly, customer-focused service on the sales floor: merchandise and replenish stock, conduct inventory counts, receive and process merchandise, create attractive displays, handle returns, and support store operations. Engage customers, tell product stories, maintain health and safety standards, respond to feedback, and support team development and continuous improvement.
