Provide welcoming customer service and support store operations (including 5AM starts). Perform inventory cycle counts, replenishment, receiving, merchandising, returns, and floor engagement. Curate product selections, tell product stories, ensure health and safety, respond to customer feedback, and work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will support store operations, conduct inventory, engage with customers, and create a welcoming environment while promoting a positive employee and customer experience.

Lead the store team to deliver excellent customer service and omni-channel sales. Drive sales, analyze performance, execute events and merchandising, manage inventory/returns, ensure health and safety compliance, and develop employee engagement, training, and performance.
