Ensures compliance with health and safety, loss prevention, and company procedures while driving consistent execution in a customer-facing retail environment.

Leads in-store customer experience execution, coaching employees, driving sales and loyalty programs, supporting omnichannel services, managing customer-facing operations, and maintaining cash-handling and safety standards. Uses customer insights to improve service, engagement, and business results while partnering with store leadership on operational readiness and continuous improvement.

Partners with retail leadership on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, talent development, succession, engagement, compensation, investigations, organizational change, and HR program execution. Provides strategic guidance across regional client groups, ensures compliance with Canadian employment legislation and collective agreements, uses people analytics to inform decisions, and collaborates with HR Centres of Excellence to improve scalable people processes.
