Lead and develop a national B2B marketing and communications function focused on brokers and commercial lines growth. Manage and coach a cross-Canada team, design and execute annual marketing and communications plans, produce insights-driven content, influence strategy, drive digital adoption, and collaborate across a matrixed organization to achieve business objectives.

Deliver end-to-end learning programs including needs analysis, facilitation (virtual and in-person), Workday Learning administration, post-session support, and stakeholder consulting. Provide technical support for Workday Learning, ensure learner access to materials, use feedback and data to improve programs, collaborate with national L&D team, and travel regularly to other offices.

Lead deployment and adoption of the Contact AE platform across Western Provinces. Develop regional project and change management plans, analyze usage data, recommend improvements, create documentation and training materials, support field teams and executives, and collaborate with Business Development to drive measurable, repeatable adoption outcomes.
