Supervise art handling and transport operations, schedule routes and drivers, enforce safety and handling protocols, manage payroll/expenses and staffing, liaise with clients and account teams, and support onboarding, training, and fleet maintenance to ensure safe, timely movement and storage of fine art.

Operate document imaging equipment: prepare, sort, remove staples, and scan hardcopy files to create high-quality electronic images. Maintain record order, follow procedures, track production, and meet daily production goals in a fast-paced, on-site imaging center.

Responsible for driving revenue growth by managing a client portfolio, prospecting, organizing meetings, and managing the sales cycle from contact to closing while using CRM.
