Owns portfolio growth and pipeline generation for complex, multi-region digital sales opportunities in Healthcare and Life Sciences. Leads qualification, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure while collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and product innovation groups. Builds relationships with business and C-suite stakeholders, diagnoses complex business problems, maintains Salesforce data and forecasts, and provides customer-driven product feedback.

Prepare, sort, and scan hardcopy documents into high-quality electronic images while meeting daily production goals. Maintain document order and sequence, follow imaging procedures, complete tracking documentation, communicate production updates, and keep the work area clean. The role requires sustained attention to detail, accuracy, independent work, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Manage daily imaging operations, optimize workflow and capacity planning, maintain imaging equipment and DR processes, support and train staff, coordinate chain-of-custody/security, and represent the branch on DMS operations and implementation calls.
