Provide phone and desk-side end-user desktop and telecommunications support, document incidents in the IT service management system, perform imaging and hardware/software troubleshooting, execute moves/adds/changes, maintain high phone availability, and collaborate on Service Desk projects to meet service level objectives.

Lead conflicts checks for new business intake and lateral hires using Intapp Open and online research tools. Manage urgent inquiries, mentor staff, administer conflict clearance (including partner-level), set ethical walls, and support related projects and firm workflows. Requires strong research, communication, and database skills.

Summer Associates will gain experience in employment law by assisting with research, case analysis, litigation phases, and reviewing employment law developments.
