The Operational Process Support Manager designs and optimizes litigation staffing processes, improves workflow efficiency, evaluates technology, and collaborates across functions to support case staffing management in a law firm environment.

Provide phone and desk-side end-user desktop and telecommunications support, document incidents in the IT service management system, perform imaging and hardware/software troubleshooting, execute moves/adds/changes, maintain high phone availability, and collaborate on Service Desk projects to meet service level objectives.

Summer Associates will gain experience in employment law by assisting with research, case analysis, litigation phases, and reviewing employment law developments.
