Owns end-to-end data infrastructure, including secure data lakes, streaming applications, data warehouse systems, replication and change data capture pipelines. Responsibilities include architecture, deployment, maintenance, performance optimization, security controls, documentation, operational runbooks, and cross-functional partnership with analytics and product teams. Lead product security initiatives focused on application security, systemic vulnerability remediation, secure architecture, software development lifecycle improvements, GitHub workflows, SCA tooling, and private package repositories. Own the payments risk function for Jane's embedded payments platform. Responsibilities include merchant risk policy, underwriting, transaction monitoring, loss and risk reporting, dispute strategy, escalation and offboarding decisions, card network and Stripe compliance, and systems/tooling strategy. The role requires building scalable, AI-forward risk operations while balancing fraud prevention, compliance, financial losses, and customer experience.

Partner with Market Owners and leadership on strategic priorities, performance tracking, forecasting, growth opportunities, and data-driven decisions. Own analyses from problem definition through executive storytelling and implementation. Build planning rhythms, goals, metrics, analytical frameworks, and self-service tools while collaborating across Marketing, Support, and other teams. The role requires strong quantitative reasoning, structured problem-solving, operational excellence, independence, and comfort with ambiguity in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Lead the technical vision and scaling of Jane’s AWS infrastructure. Design highly available, multi-region systems, operate databases at scale, improve platform reliability, reduce alert noise, strengthen security and compliance, and guide other engineering teams on cloud architecture. Drive ambiguous, cross-team infrastructure initiatives, build consensus, participate in on-call rotations, and help the team use AI tools responsibly.

Lead design and implementation of Jane's customer data infrastructure: own event collection, pipelines, CDP tooling, schema governance, identity resolution, and attribution. Work cross-functionally with marketing, BI, product, and engineering to set standards, evaluate tooling (e.g., RudderStack), ensure privacy-compliant instrumentation, and build reliable, consistent data delivery to the warehouse.

Lead SMB and self-serve demand generation across paid media, website strategy, SEO, AEO, lifecycle marketing, and AI-driven growth initiatives. Manage a team of channel experts, optimize acquisition and activation with Growth Product, define measurement and attribution strategies, collaborate with Sales and Support, and build scalable programs that drive revenue and customer growth.

The Director of Product Management will lead product strategy across infrastructure, software enablement, and customer-facing platforms, enhancing both technical and user experience while managing a team of product managers.

Own the marketing website strategy and roadmap, align content/design/engineering, run CRO/A-B testing and experimentation, drive SEO/answer-engine presence, analyze analytics and web tagging to improve discovery and conversion, and partner with product marketing and platform teams to deliver a coherent, high-performing web experience.

Work hands-on to harden endpoints, identities, and data protection: manage EDR and CIS baselines, perform incident response and on-call duties, improve identity and access controls (Okta, FIDO2), tune SIEM detections (Datadog), and build AI/automation to reduce toil while partnering cross-functionally with IT and engineering.

Build and operate the core BI platform: own ingestion, integration, modular dbt pipelines, and enterprise data models. Establish data quality, testing, governance, observability, and CI/CD. Monitor platform health, certify pipelines and data products, and mentor analytics engineers to enable trusted, self-service analytics and AI-augmented workflows.

Own and maintain core financial datasets and dbt models; write complex SQL; build and optimize Looker dashboards; troubleshoot data quality; and deliver reconciled, actionable financial insights to Finance and Payments stakeholders.

Lead strategic growth analyses and modeling across marketing, pricing, and go-to-market initiatives.
