Lead Jerry.ai’s editorial strategy, content quality, SEO, AEO, and off-domain authority. Own organic traffic, AI citation, and conversion targets; design an AI-native brief-to-publish workflow with prompts, QA gates, human review, and quality metrics. Establish YMYL accuracy, E-E-A-T, sourcing, author credentials, and editorial standards. Manage one direct report, freelancers, and AI agents while personally writing and editing high-stakes insurance content.

Lead the roadmap, development, and rollout of Jerry.ai’s AI platform and customer-facing agent experiences. Partner with engineering and OpenAI on prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, voice models, and workflow automation. Translate AI and architecture concepts across the organization, establish platform standards, and improve answer quality, customer satisfaction, and automation through experimentation and data analysis.
