Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair material handling and automated equipment. Perform preventative and predictive maintenance, document work, mentor junior technicians, track inventory, and follow safety procedures. May travel up to 20% and work long on-site shifts.

The Staff Software Developer will lead design and implementation of features, mentor junior engineers, and create scalable geospatial solutions using the ArcGIS stack.

Lead and deliver major capital and tenant improvement projects from planning through construction, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and multidisciplinary teams. Provide senior client-facing project management, financial and schedule reporting, mentor project staff, cultivate client relationships, and support business development and pursuit activities.
