Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair material handling and automated packaging equipment, pneumatic systems, and electromechanical/robotic components. Perform preventative and predictive maintenance, document work, track inventory, support safety procedures, and occasionally travel (up to ~20%).

Lead and deliver major capital and tenant improvement projects from planning through construction, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and multidisciplinary teams. Provide senior client-facing project management, financial and schedule reporting, mentor project staff, cultivate client relationships, and support business development and pursuit activities.
