Leads partner technical discovery, designs and implements payment API integrations, builds scripts and lightweight services, and manages deployments from sandbox to production. The role develops AI-assisted engineering assets, delivery playbooks, and automation while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Operations. It requires customer-facing technical experience, software or solutions engineering expertise, and familiarity with APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, payments, and AI developer tools.

The Chief Technology Officer will define and execute the technology roadmap, lead software engineering, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, and architecture teams, and oversee SaaS platform modernization. Responsibilities include cloud migration, cybersecurity, reliability, operational excellence, talent development, engineering metrics, and executive collaboration. The CTO will also establish the organization’s AI strategy and deliver secure AI-enabled product capabilities using technologies such as Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, and RAG.

Manage post-sale implementations of Club Caddie software: schedule client meetings, collect data, create and run project plans, configure systems to client needs, train users, document customizations, track deliverables and milestones, provide estimates and billing for additional work, and coordinate training materials with education team.
