Execute data and document onboarding, process AI-assisted workflows within SLAs, review AI outputs for quality, refine operational procedures, collaborate with customer-facing teams, and serve as an operational contact for internal and external stakeholders.

The AI Enablement Lead will design and conduct training programs to improve AI fluency within Juniper Square, focusing on tools like Claude and Cowork. Responsibilities include curriculum development, leading sessions, coaching, and measuring adoption outcomes.
