Own complex, cross-functional software programs from planning through release, coordinating engineering, product, design, QA, platform, and operations teams. Establish program governance, manage dependencies and risks, report to senior leadership, and improve PMO standards. Design reusable AI-powered workflows using tools such as Jira and Confluence, maintain prompt and automation libraries, mentor program managers, and serve as the PMO’s AI thought leader.

Leads Juniper Square’s expansion sales and Powered Admin Services functions. Owns expansion quota and personal deals, builds installed-base pipeline and whitespace analysis, establishes qualification and account-handoff processes, develops the administrator partnership channel, hires and coaches expansion sellers, and manages sales dashboards and operating cadence. Partners closely with Customer Success, Fund Administration, RevOps, Marketing, Product, and Partnerships while using AI to automate revenue workflows and improve account targeting.

Build and operate production systems for Juniper Square’s AI Platform, including APIs, infrastructure, reusable frameworks, and AI/LLM capabilities. Own projects end to end, ensure reliability and observability, contribute to technical design, and support incident response. Collaborate with product, design, QA, and engineering teams while applying AI-native development practices. The role requires strong Python backend engineering, cloud-native technologies, databases, production operations, and hands-on experience with RAG, agents, evaluation workflows, or related AI systems.
