Leads and develops a team of four Account Executives selling technology and fund administration solutions to venture capital firms. Owns quota attainment, pipeline creation, territory strategy, forecasting, deal coaching, hiring, and GTM development. Builds VC ecosystem relationships, supports strategic deals, drives industry presence, and partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales Operations to expand Juniper Square’s market share.

Leads Juniper Square’s editorial content and organic search functions, owning brand voice, flagship content, research, customer stories, thought leadership, SEO performance, and content-led campaigns. Translates corporate strategy into measurable content programs, manages teams and agencies, develops marketing leaders, aligns executives and cross-functional stakeholders, and advances AI-enabled content and search workflows. The role connects content performance to awareness, executive visibility, pipeline, and growth in private markets and fintech.

Leads engineering strategy for platform systems, including modularizing a Python/FastAPI monolith, advancing AI-native development, enabling AI feature delivery, and strengthening application security. Oversees identity, audit logging, API and MCP gateways, reliability, and shared services. Manages engineering managers and senior engineers, drives organizational alignment, reduces technical debt, recruits talent, and builds secure, high-velocity developer platforms.
