Senior site leader responsible for directing the project portfolio, process excellence program and digital transformation to improve manufacturing effectiveness, quality, safety and cost. Leads governance, NPIs, organizational design, crisis management and cross-functional initiatives while representing the site in regional/global forums.

Serve as the Liquids platform subject-matter expert driving platform projects, feasibility studies, technology roadmaps and standards. Serve as site finance business partner to the Controller for a manufacturing facility. Lead monthly/quarterly close, budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and variance analysis. Provide financial decision support, identify risks and mitigations, support audits and compliance, and present financial results to leadership while driving process improvements and cost-effective solutions.

Manage operations and maintenance of Consumer Health S/4HANA ecosystems, including request and incident lifecycle, event management, application security, capacity and production transition, vendor escalations, and continuous service improvement to ensure rapid recovery and reliable service delivery.

Manage execution of promotional, club pack, and trade customization projects across assigned portfolios. Create and maintain master production schedules to meet customer service goals, optimize inventory, manage finished goods planning, monitor WIP/obsolete inventory, perform supply planning and data analysis, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve planning and production issues.

Develop and activate retailer-specific strategies to drive omnichannel growth for assigned brands. Synthesize syndicated and POS data to inform joint business planning, forecasting, innovation, and customer presentations while partnering cross-functionally and mentoring analyst support.

Manage key retail accounts to deliver business plan KPIs (sales, share, POS), develop joint business plans, negotiate agreements, oversee trade investment and forecasting, use analytics to drive growth, and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Lead global Hair category strategy and retail vision, using consumer, shopper, and customer insights to develop scalable brand solutions, retailer activation plans, and shopper toolkits. Partner with regional teams to deploy strategies, integrate insights into innovation and go-to-market plans, and support category capability development. Requires cross-functional collaboration and up to 15% travel.

Implement and improve EHS programs and management systems, conduct hazard assessments, inspections and audits, support ISO 14001, investigate incidents and drive CAPAs, coordinate emergency preparedness, deliver training, maintain EHS records and ensure regulatory compliance at an on-site manufacturing facility.

Support regulatory affairs by preparing and filing Health Canada submissions and responses, tracking communications and regulatory databases, reviewing packaging/artwork, assisting audit preparation, and performing regulatory assessments for new projects.

Lead and operationalize enterprise brand design systems across multiple brands and markets. Develop governance, toolkits, and processes to ensure consistency, speed-to-market, and quality. Manage agencies and mentor design teams while measuring adoption and optimizing brand execution.

Design and execute molecular biology and immunology preclinical studies (2D/3D cell models) to evaluate oral, digestive, and allergy product effects. Lead development of predictive assays and biomarker analyses, manage BSL-2 lab work, collaborate cross-functionally, protect IP, and communicate results via presentations and publications.

Lead global brand growth for Maui Moisture by developing multi-year strategies, launching new products, creating go-to-market and media plans, partnering cross-functionally and with regional teams, driving forecasting and insights, and ensuring adaptable global executions to meet sales and profit targets.

Manage SKU-level launch readiness for NeoStrata and Exuviance projects: track GCC/APR deliverables, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, identify and escalate product availability risks, run governance forums, maintain status documentation, and drive projects through implementation and launch milestones.
