Develops assortment, pricing, promotion, competitive, seasonal, and omni-channel recommendations for online and in-store growth. Presents insights, collaborates with customer development managers and internal partners, supports go-to-market initiatives, and improves analytical best practices and accuracy.

Create and maintain master production schedules to meet customer service goals, optimize inventory, manage finished goods planning, monitor WIP/obsolete inventory, perform supply planning and data analysis, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve planning and production issues.

Lead global brand growth for Maui Moisture by developing multi-year strategies, launching new products, creating go-to-market and media plans, partnering cross-functionally and with regional teams, driving forecasting and insights, and ensuring adaptable global executions to meet sales and profit targets.
