Lead development and continuous improvement of EHS programs, ensure regulatory and company standard compliance, conduct audits and risk assessments, manage incident investigations and CAPAs, deliver training, support ISO 14001 initiatives, and collaborate with operations and leadership to drive safety and environmental performance.

Lead equipment engineering projects for manufacturing and packaging: design, install, qualify, validate, troubleshoot, and optimize equipment lifecycle. Drive automation adoption, reliability improvements, and compliance with GMP. Manage capital projects, cross-functional stakeholders, documentation, and regulatory readiness while mentoring junior engineers and promoting EHS and continuous improvement.

Lead and manage fragrance and flavor development projects, liaising between Marketing, R&D, and external suppliers. Perform olfactive/taste evaluations and sensory testing, ensure regulatory, stability, pricing, and formulation compatibility, incorporate consumer insights and new technologies, and deliver training and market trend analysis for assigned brands.
