Partners with business and HR leaders to identify workforce risks, capabilities, skills, and talent needs. Develops dashboards, scorecards, insights, and recommendations to support strategic decisions, while advancing workforce planning methodologies and leveraging AI, automation, and technology to improve productivity and talent management.

Leads financial analysis for a portfolio of liquids infrastructure assets, reviewing revenue, expenses, volumes, accruals, joint venture allocations, forecasts, and reporting. Partners with business development, commercial, operations, joint venture, and finance stakeholders on accounting and contractual matters. Coordinates budgeting, forecasting, audits, controls, process improvements, and system enhancements. Provides technical leadership, reviews analyst work, mentors team members, and escalates complex accounting and commercial issues.

Leads complex business analysis initiatives across Finance, HR, Operations, and Engineering. The role translates business needs into requirements, process maps, data mappings, and user stories; partners with architects and delivery teams on solution design; leads integration, SIT, and UAT activities; resolves data issues; improves processes and system usage; mentors analysts; and supports change adoption.

Owns the technical health, support, and continuous improvement of Maximo and other enterprise applications. Leads incident resolution, root cause analysis, technical design, integrations, scripting, automation, testing, deployment, and solution delivery. Collaborates with stakeholders and vendors, contributes to architecture and roadmaps, supports reliability and disaster recovery, and mentors technical analysts.

Leads commercial development for Keyera’s Gathering & Processing business in Calgary. Responsibilities include managing customer and joint venture relationships, developing and negotiating midstream service agreements, forecasting budgets, analyzing strategic and financial returns, and leading development projects from initiation through execution. The role collaborates with Operations, Engineering, Marketing, Strategy, and other business teams to create competitive solutions for energy customers.
