Advises senior leaders and the Board, oversees annual reward cycles, vendor relationships, governance, analytics, compliance, and program communications. Partners across HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and business leadership while managing and developing a high-performing Total Rewards team and driving continuous improvement.

Provide analytical and commercial support for Keyera's ethane and NGL business: forecast volumes and sales, manage inventory and nominations, analyze pricing and market trends, support contract negotiations and outages, prepare leadership presentations, and participate in system/process projects to maximize asset value.
