Leads full-cycle recruitment across Keyera, advising hiring leaders on talent strategies, sourcing, assessment, selection, and offers. Builds pipelines for specialized roles, provides labor-market insights, partners with HR and Compensation, ensures an inclusive candidate experience, and improves Talent Acquisition processes, tools, employer branding, and attraction strategies.

Develops and advances new business opportunities for Keyera’s Liquids Infrastructure division. Responsibilities include customer and partner engagement, economic modeling, industry and regulatory analysis, contract negotiations, project development with engineering teams, and presenting investment proposals to senior leadership. The role requires progressing commercial strategies from initial concepts through approvals, implementation, and execution across energy infrastructure projects.
