Partners with executives, leaders, and HR teams to translate business priorities into development strategies and practical interventions. Manages a learning and development portfolio, including vendors, budgets, logistics, evaluation, and participant experience. Facilitates leadership workshops and team effectiveness sessions while leading and developing a team of learning professionals.

Leads the design, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of enterprise talent management programs, including talent reviews, succession planning, career development, high-potential talent, leadership development, and performance processes. Advises HR leaders and business stakeholders, facilitates talent discussions and workshops, develops program materials and communications, monitors effectiveness, and drives adoption and integration across the organization.

Leads strategic workforce planning, HR analytics, workforce scenario development, executive reporting, and future-of-work initiatives. Partners with business and HR leaders to identify workforce risks, capabilities, skills, and talent needs. Develops dashboards, scorecards, insights, and recommendations to support strategic decisions, while advancing workforce planning methodologies and leveraging AI, automation, and technology to improve productivity and talent management.
