Lead the finance team and oversee full-cycle accounting, month-end close, project revenue and cost accounting, reconciliations, payroll support, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audits, GST filings, collections, and insurance renewals. Provide financial analysis and strategic support to operations while mentoring staff and partnering with the CFO and executive leadership.

Lead earthworks and underground utility projects from award to closeout, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, contracts, subcontractors and client/stakeholder communications while mitigating risk and ensuring project profitability.
