Lead and support Workday Payroll implementations and post-production support: gather requirements, configure Payroll and Security, build reports/dashboards/calculated fields, test, troubleshoot, deliver client knowledge transfer, and drive process improvements while meeting SLAs and client satisfaction targets.

Lead and implement Workday CLM solutions for global clients: gather requirements, design, configure, test, deploy, and support post-production. Drive project scope, quality, timelines, and client satisfaction. Mentor team members, recommend best practices, contribute to knowledge sharing, and manage multiple concurrent engagements while meeting KPIs and minimal travel requirements.
