Leads complex Health IT and EHR modernization projects across cross-functional, multi-vendor environments. Develops and analyzes integrated project schedules in Microsoft Project, identifies risks and dependencies, facilitates stakeholder decisions, and drives corrective actions. Establishes PMO governance, improves processes, validates project status, and translates program requirements into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

Manages multiple EHR and Health IT projects for a federal program, developing and maintaining schedules, coordinating dependencies, monitoring risks and milestones, facilitating stakeholder meetings, managing change control, and providing clear project status updates. The role partners with federal leads, project teams, subject matter experts, PMO operations, vendors, and leadership to keep initiatives aligned with program priorities.

Provides Tier I technical support for HUD users by answering inquiries, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, documenting tickets, searching knowledge bases, escalating security or complex issues, and following up with customers. Duties may also include monitoring servers, networks, mainframes, and cloud services; performing backups; and coordinating multi-team troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.

Manages configuration baselines, version control, software dependencies, deployment scripts, infrastructure settings, CI/CD support, system inventories, SDLC documentation, and transition plans for federal IT systems. Ensures compliance with federal cybersecurity, records management, software lifecycle, and media sanitization requirements while supporting ATO processes and security assessments. The role is remote and requires the ability to obtain Public Trust.

Administer, maintain, monitor, and optimize Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle databases in a federal enterprise environment. Responsibilities include installation, patching, backup and recovery, performance monitoring, access management, security auditing, SQL development, data migration, incident response through ServiceNow, documentation, disaster recovery testing, and on-call support during AWS cloud modernization.

Develop, configure, integrate, test, govern, and sustain Tableau dashboards, data sources, extracts, permissions, and reporting solutions. Translate stakeholder and security requirements into maintainable platform capabilities, troubleshoot complex data and performance issues, support releases, and create documentation, automation, testing, and operational procedures. Collaborate with government stakeholders, cybersecurity, infrastructure, QA, product, and operations teams in an enterprise federal IT environment.
