Leads complex Health IT and EHR modernization projects across cross-functional, multi-vendor environments. Develops and analyzes integrated project schedules in Microsoft Project, identifies risks and dependencies, facilitates stakeholder decisions, and drives corrective actions. Establishes PMO governance, improves processes, validates project status, and translates program requirements into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

Manages multiple EHR and Health IT projects for a federal program, developing and maintaining schedules, coordinating dependencies, monitoring risks and milestones, facilitating stakeholder meetings, managing change control, and providing clear project status updates. The role partners with federal leads, project teams, subject matter experts, PMO operations, vendors, and leadership to keep initiatives aligned with program priorities.

Provides Tier I technical support for HUD users by answering inquiries, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, documenting tickets, searching knowledge bases, escalating security or complex issues, and following up with customers. Duties may also include monitoring servers, networks, mainframes, and cloud services; performing backups; and coordinating multi-team troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
