Engage directly with traders, manage ambassadors and power users, lead AMAs and live events, communicate product updates, gather actionable feedback for Product, create high-quality content, and measure community impact through sentiment, share of voice, signups, and retention.

Lead Kraken Pro’s social media strategy across X, Telegram, and other platforms. Create platform-native content, react quickly to crypto and trading trends, manage the content calendar, engage the community, translate product updates into compelling narratives, track performance, and optimize through experimentation. Partner with Legal and Communications to ensure accurate, compliant messaging across regions.

Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering team building growth-critical platforms, AI-driven tools, automations, and user engagement systems. Partner with Product and Design to prioritize work, guide architecture, improve processes, and deliver reliable production features. The role combines people leadership with hands-on backend software development, technical decision-making, stakeholder communication, and team enablement across distributed time zones.
