Build LanceDB’s revenue marketing function and enterprise demand engine from the ground up. Own account-based marketing strategy, segmentation, campaigns, content, account planning, martech implementation, pipeline reporting, and partner co-marketing. Identify high-intent accounts through open-source and product-usage signals, create tailored omnichannel programs, and collaborate closely with founders, Sales, RevOps, and Partners to source and influence enterprise pipeline.

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will engage in pre-sales conversations, design architecture, and deliver demos to help customers integrate LanceDB's AI solutions.

Seeking an experienced Frontend Engineer to enhance user experience for multimodal data management applications. Responsibilities include optimizing user interfaces, collaborating with designers, and building scalable backends.

Trusted technical advisor for strategic customers to deploy, operate, and scale LanceDB. Lead onboarding, architecture reviews, and performance tuning; troubleshoot distributed-system issues; build dashboards and enablement; collaborate with sales engineering and product/engineering to influence roadmap and resolve escalations; contribute runbooks, tooling, and processes for post-sales success.

Serve as technical lead in pre-sales: architect and demo LanceDB solutions for RAG, vector search, and ML pipelines; run discovery sessions, build POCs, onboard partners, and relay customer feedback to product and engineering.

Lead technical partner enablement and co-delivery for LanceDB: onboard and train partner engineers, run PoCs and architecture reviews, author reference architectures and deployment blueprints, relay partner feedback to product, and support GTM and thought-leadership activities to scale partner integrations.

Lead full-cycle technical recruiting for systems, database, distributed-systems, and ML/AI roles. Source, screen, and close candidates; build talent maps and outreach; design engineering-specific interview loops and scorecards; partner with hiring managers; operate ATS and AI sourcing tools; represent LanceDB to technical communities.
