Build and own the end-to-end RevOps function: CRM and GTM tech stack administration, data hygiene, forecasting, pipeline management, deal desk execution, cross-functional coordination, post-sale instrumentation, and GTM reporting to scale sales and customer success.

Trusted technical advisor for strategic customers to deploy, operate, and scale LanceDB. Lead onboarding, architecture reviews, and performance tuning; troubleshoot distributed-system issues; build dashboards and enablement; collaborate with sales engineering and product/engineering to influence roadmap and resolve escalations; contribute runbooks, tooling, and processes for post-sales success.

Serve as technical lead in pre-sales: architect and demo LanceDB solutions for RAG, vector search, and ML pipelines; run discovery sessions, build POCs, onboard partners, and relay customer feedback to product and engineering.
