Lead the technical development of engineering proposals from qualification through submission. Define execution strategy, scopes, estimates, schedules (MS Project Level 1-3), risks, deliverables, and multidisciplinary integration. Create proposal-level Project Execution Plans, ensure technical consistency, and support project transition. Build stakeholder relationships and improve proposal standards to enable executable, low-risk project delivery.

Lead delivery and provide engineer‑of‑record accountability for large‑diameter, long‑distance mainline pipeline projects across Canada. Provide senior technical oversight, review and approve engineering deliverables, resolve constructability issues, support proposals and client engagements, mentor staff, and perform occasional field reviews and client/technical representation.

Lead detailed electrical and control design for oil & gas EPCM projects including cable tray layouts, single line diagrams, schematics, control panel and I/O drawings, load and cable lists, and design calculations. Coordinate across disciplines, review technical deliverables, and maintain quality control of electrical and instrumentation packages.

Design and deliver electrical and control (EIC) packages from concept through IFC for oil & gas and energy projects. Tasks include single line diagrams, schematics, cable tray and panel layouts, PLC/DCS interfaces, load lists, BOMs, 3D AutoCAD modelling, calculations, cross-discipline coordination, quality review, and mentoring (senior).
