Lead and grow a remote AI engineering organization, manage ~30 forward-deployed engineers, maintain technical standards for agentic full‑stack applications, review architectures, run performance management and hiring, support client engagements, and drive team enablement, evaluation harnesses, and MLOps practices.

Embed with client teams to design, build, and ship production full-stack fintech features and integrations (payments, banking, financial data). Develop AI-powered functionality (LLM-driven workflows, agentic features), translate user insights into product improvements, provide onboarding/documentation, and act as a technical partner to maintain delivered solutions.

As a Product Manager, you will lead the development of large-scale Shopify commerce experiences, manage project scope, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery while focusing on measurable value and KPIs.
