Owns QA for an enterprise Shopify program, including test strategy, storefront and integration testing, API and file-transfer validation, defect triage, stakeholder reporting, and QA team leadership. The role manages test cases and defects in TestRail, Jira, and Confluence, and builds end-to-end automation using tools such as Playwright. It requires strong commerce, systems integration, communication, and AI-assisted QA experience.

Build and ship production full-stack applications powered by AI and data. Responsibilities include client discovery, technical architecture, LLM and agentic workflow implementation, MLOps/LLMOps, testing, monitoring, scalable data pipelines, data lakes, and transparent communication of technical tradeoffs. The role requires adapting across technologies and industries while delivering tailored solutions in a consulting environment.

Embed with enterprise customers to define and deliver AI solutions from discovery through measurable adoption. Lead use-case identification, requirements, project plans, stakeholder alignment, workshops, AI enablement, playbooks, and outcome tracking. Translate customer needs for engineering teams, drive production deployments, expand successful accounts, and share field insights with partner and internal product teams.
