Lead the architecture and evolution of scalable ETL and data-processing systems for customer product catalogs. Design reliable distributed systems, improve throughput and latency, strengthen fault tolerance and observability, and guide technical direction across teams. Mentor senior engineers, conduct architecture reviews, lead cross-functional initiatives, influence hiring and onboarding, and help shape the engineering organization’s long-term technical vision.

Manage the post-onboarding lifecycle for SMB customers, focusing on health, retention, and expansion. Build trusted customer relationships, identify opportunities to increase platform adoption, advocate for customer needs internally, document issues and requests, and maintain accurate records in customer success software. Collaborate with product, sales, leadership, and the broader Customer Success team to improve customer experiences.

Lead the architecture and development of a greenfield iOS and Android consumer application from concept through launch and scale. Make foundational decisions across React Native, Expo, and native platforms; build polished, performant mobile experiences; establish engineering standards and release processes; integrate backend, computer vision, and AI capabilities; and mentor engineers while partnering with Product and Design.
