Manage candidate onboarding from offer acceptance to Day 1 readiness. Guide candidates through pre-employment requirements, coordinate vendor bookings (drug/alcohol tests, background checks, training), document interactions in Workday/CannAmm, communicate with hiring managers, support internal moves, maintain vendor relationships, and produce daily hiring reports.

Lead crews of pipefitters, equipment operators and labourers, enforce safety (trench/shoring, confined space), interpret drawings and surveys, conduct toolbox talks, resolve site issues, and track schedules to meet project deadlines.

Manage a 4–6 person team to plan, coordinate, and deliver Salesforce Field Service (web and mobile) initiatives. Oversee integrations, roadmap delivery, system upgrades, Agile sprint planning, JIRA backlog management, testing, deployments, and post-release support while coaching team members and partnering with Systems Specialist for feature delivery.

Lead and manage full proposal lifecycle (EOIs, RFQs, RFPs) for complex construction pursuits. Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure compliance, craft strategic messaging, maintain content libraries, improve processes and tools, mentor junior staff, and analyze outcomes to enhance future proposals.

Lead enterprise and project risk management across operating companies, advise executives on risk tolerance and contracts, conduct rigorous assessments and scenario analysis, drive insurance renewal and risk financing strategy, build analytics and decision-support tools, and mentor risk team members to strengthen risk culture and resilience.

Lead design, development, and governance of Power BI reporting and scalable semantic data models. Partner with stakeholders and data teams to translate business needs into analytics, enforce BI standards and CI/CD deployment, provide Tier 2/3 support, and mentor analysts while driving platform improvements.
