Coordinates project accounting and financial system data entry, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, billing, subcontractor payments, equipment costs, journal entries, and month-end reporting. Supports project teams with cost and profitability reporting, reconciliations, contract billing compliance, and timesheet processing. This site-based role operates on a 10/4 or 14/7 rotation and requires collaboration in a fast-paced construction environment.

Manages project accounting activities including accounts receivable and payable, payroll, subcontractor administration, cost reporting, forecasting, invoicing, reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, and financial analysis. Partners with project management and field teams to ensure accurate data, billing, contractual compliance, change-order tracking, and commercial project administration. The role is hybrid in Calgary, Alberta.

Leads enterprise and project risk management across construction operating companies. Advises executives on risk appetite, contract allocation, insurance, risk financing, major pursuits, and high-risk projects. Oversees assessments, scenario analysis, mitigation modeling, risk intelligence, dashboards, forecasting, governance, and continuous framework improvement. Builds risk culture, develops stakeholder relationships, supports insurance renewals, and mentors risk team members.
