Manage candidate onboarding from offer acceptance to Day 1 readiness. Guide candidates through pre-employment requirements, coordinate vendor bookings (drug/alcohol tests, background checks, training), document interactions in Workday/CannAmm, communicate with hiring managers, support internal moves, maintain vendor relationships, and produce daily hiring reports.

Coordinate and record project financials including AR, AP, payroll, subcontractor payments, equipment and asset tracking, journal entries in JD Edwards, timesheet processing, and monthly cost/profitability reporting with project teams.

Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume craft and salaried roles: proactively source, build talent pipelines, assess candidates, partner with hiring managers, and maintain Workday data and reporting to deliver timely, high-quality hires in a fast-paced operations environment.
