Responsibilities include client relationship management, sampling plans, fieldwork coordination, questionnaire testing, quality assurance, timeline and budget tracking, billing validation, issue resolution, and cross-functional team coordination.

Leads consumer research projects from client alignment and study design through data analysis, quality control, reporting, and presentations. Develops questionnaires, interprets complex datasets, synthesizes actionable insights, supports proposals, and collaborates with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality research on schedule.
