The advisor collaborates with internal service teams to deliver strong customer experiences and supports long-term client retention and growth.

Supports group benefits operations through data management, reporting, error investigation, record maintenance, custom account reporting, database automation, and special projects. Provides client service, collaborates with sales and operations teams, negotiates with the market, and manages competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Manages a commercial insurance book of business, delivers client service, analyzes coverage and risk exposures, processes transactions and billing, and supports business growth. Leads and mentors account management staff, delegates work, ensures EPIC workflows and timelines are followed, responds to client inquiries, negotiates coverage terms, and collaborates with senior advisors to meet client needs.

Provides centralized administrative support to insurance production and service teams. Processes new business, renewals, endorsements, claims updates, workflows, follow-ups, account servicing, and invoicing in EPIC while maintaining accurate documentation and strong client relationships.

Leads commercial insurance sales by generating new business, expanding existing accounts, managing prospect pipelines, and maintaining long-term client relationships. Advises clients on insurance programs, coverage gaps, industry trends, and risk solutions while coordinating with internal service teams. The role requires strategic and consultative selling, business acumen, leadership, communication, analysis, and knowledge of the insurance industry. CIP, CRM, or CAIB designations are preferred or may be in progress.

Drive new business, expand existing group benefits accounts, manage prospect pipelines, build long-term client relationships, conduct market research, and deliver strategic, consultative sales solutions. The role requires strong industry expertise, leadership, networking, client advocacy, and collaboration with internal service teams. Candidates need a valid driver’s license, vehicle access, LLQP licensure or willingness to obtain it, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
