Builds long-term client partnerships, monitors insurance market and industry trends, collaborates with service teams, and drives strategic growth through leadership, innovation, and results-focused selling.

Manages servicing and support for high-net-worth personal insurance clients, including renewals, documentation, billing, coverage analysis, client relationships, underwriting negotiations, and account growth. Partners with advisors, account assistants, commercial producers, and insurers to deliver exceptional service, maintain accurate workflows, and retain and expand the PCS book of business.

Manages a commercial insurance client portfolio, provides client service, analyzes coverage and risk exposures, prepares documentation and billing, supports marketing and renewals, and coaches Account Assistants. The role requires commercial insurance expertise, a Level II license or equivalent, strong communication and analytical skills, customer focus, mentorship ability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and EPIC.
