Responsibilities include assessing user impacts, gathering requirements, developing governance, communication, training, and adoption plans, creating role-based training materials, delivering user sessions, monitoring adoption, and partnering with technical teams and clients to ensure successful technology rollouts.

Lead multiple complex IT infrastructure projects from initiation through delivery, managing scope, budgets, timelines, risks, resources, dependencies, governance, communications, and quality. Partner with clients, executives, business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to develop strategies, report progress, realize business value, and deliver technology solutions. Projects include network, virtualization, database, server, and storage infrastructure upgrades using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

Leads client success for a portfolio of enterprise IT clients, managing service delivery, client relationships, team development, financial performance, operational excellence, incidents, escalations, capacity, and continuous improvement. Partners with account managers to identify growth opportunities and develops technical, consulting, and leadership capabilities within teams. Ensures service levels, project commitments, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes are consistently achieved.

Designs and governs end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP architectures, integrations, extensions, data migration strategies, security, scalability, and DevOps processes. Leads discovery sessions, architecture workshops, technical reviews, pre-sales activities, and solution planning. Collaborates with architects, developers, clients, and delivery teams throughout implementation lifecycles, while mentoring technical staff and establishing development and release standards.

Support branch sales team with CRM (D365) administration, sales enablement (DocuSign/CLM), lead tracking, bid support, account change processes, NPS coordination, reporting, and training to improve sales effectiveness.

Manage and grow client relationships for the Calgary branch by acting as a trusted advisor. Drive revenue through account planning, consultative selling, pipeline management, and cross-functional solution development while ensuring customer satisfaction and account expansion.

Lead architecture, design, presales and delivery of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions; define solution architecture, support functional/technical architects, facilitate workshops, qualify opportunities, promote OCM best practices, and collaborate to bring Business Applications capabilities to market.

Design, architect, and implement Dynamics 365 F&O solutions; analyze complex requirements; collaborate with sales, delivery, and stakeholders; create design and implementation documentation; lead workshops; develop integrations and Power Platform/Dataverse solutions; ensure solutions align with best practices and transition to operations.
