Serve as a Dynamics 365 presales architect: qualify opportunities, design Microsoft-based solutions, create proposals and SOWs, build custom demos/POCs, facilitate workshops, support account planning and campaigns, and guide complex sales to closure.

Lead architecture, design, presales and delivery of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions; define solution architecture, support functional/technical architects, facilitate workshops, qualify opportunities, promote OCM best practices, and collaborate to bring Business Applications capabilities to market.

Design, architect, and implement Dynamics 365 F&O solutions; analyze complex requirements; collaborate with sales, delivery, and stakeholders; create design and implementation documentation; lead workshops; develop integrations and Power Platform/Dataverse solutions; ensure solutions align with best practices and transition to operations.

Support branch sales team with CRM (D365) administration, sales enablement (DocuSign/CLM), lead tracking, bid support, account change processes, NPS coordination, reporting, and training to improve sales effectiveness.

Design, propose, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. Perform assessments, map designs to client requirements, support delivery teams, provide pre-sales technical assistance, create estimates, SOWs, and proposals, and work with account and business development teams.

Design, architect, and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions using the Power Platform. Engage clients in requirements gathering, workshops, presales demonstrations, SOW/estimates, solution design, integrations, data migration, and user adoption. Follow Agile practices with Azure DevOps and produce design documentation and transition materials.

The Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Solution Architect leads design and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions, oversees consultants, builds sales strategies, and ensures client success while maintaining an innovative approach.
