Serve as the engagement leader and service owner for assigned clients, ensuring SLA compliance, managing escalations, coordinating change requests, maintaining operational documentation, participating in service transitions, preparing incident reports, and identifying sales opportunities while acting as primary client contact and on-call escalation point.

Guide clients through Microsoft 365 adoption by developing and executing change strategy, communications, role-based training, governance, and stakeholder engagement. Collect requirements, design and deliver training materials and communications, monitor adoption metrics, mobilize change networks, and partner with technical teams to ensure successful technology rollouts and sustained usage.

Design, propose, and implement Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions to meet client finance and ERP needs. Lead requirements gathering, solution design, pre-sales demos, SOWs and estimates, and support delivery teams on mid-to-large Dynamics 365 projects. Advocate best practices for cloud and data analytics, facilitate workshops, and represent the firm at industry events.
