Designs and leads end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP solutions, focusing on finance transformation and related supply chain, manufacturing, project, service, integration, and reporting capabilities. Advises executive stakeholders, leads discovery and architecture workshops, supports pre-sales, oversees governance and deployment, and mentors consultants. Requires extensive Business Central consulting experience, strong accounting expertise, full-lifecycle implementations, integration design, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery experience.

Monitor and manage client infrastructure, networks, applications, security events, and IT service tools in a 24/7 operations environment. Respond to incidents, perform initial threat analysis, manage backups, apply patches, conduct vulnerability scans, complete infrastructure checks, and maintain operational applications. The role also supports escalations, client onboarding, approved changes, and team mentoring while working onsite rotating shifts and weekends.

Lead complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and ERP implementations by defining solution architecture, overseeing design and implementation, supporting technical and functional architects, facilitating business workshops, advising clients, contributing to presales and demos, and developing strategic business application solutions. The role also requires stakeholder communication, organizational change management, Agile/Scrum experience, and collaboration across consulting and technology teams.
