Provides daily HR support to Canadian and U.S. teams, advising leaders on employee relations, performance management, policies, compensation, benefits, onboarding, disability management, and HR compliance. Maintains HRIS and benefits administration, analyzes workforce trends, supports health and safety, immigration matters, career planning, and employee experience initiatives. Builds trusted relationships, coaches managers through complex people situations, and coordinates culture and community activities.

Designs and leads end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP solutions, focusing on finance transformation and related supply chain, manufacturing, project, service, integration, and reporting capabilities. Advises executive stakeholders, leads discovery and architecture workshops, supports pre-sales, oversees governance and deployment, and mentors consultants. Requires extensive Business Central consulting experience, strong accounting expertise, full-lifecycle implementations, integration design, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery experience.

Lead multiple complex IT infrastructure projects from initiation through delivery, managing scope, budgets, timelines, risks, resources, dependencies, governance, communications, and quality. Partner with clients, executives, business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to develop strategies, report progress, realize business value, and deliver technology solutions. Projects include network, virtualization, database, server, and storage infrastructure upgrades using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
