Design, architect, and implement Dynamics 365 F&O solutions; analyze complex requirements; collaborate with sales, delivery, and stakeholders; create design and implementation documentation; lead workshops; develop integrations and Power Platform/Dataverse solutions; ensure solutions align with best practices and transition to operations.

Monitor and maintain client infrastructure and monitoring tools, respond to incidents (network, SQL, security), perform SIEM triage, manage backups/patching, run vulnerability scans, complete changes, and mentor analysts while working rotating onsite shifts in Calgary.
