Partners with account managers to identify growth opportunities and develops technical, consulting, and leadership capabilities within teams. Ensures service levels, project commitments, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes are consistently achieved.

Leads the architecture, implementation, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing scalable solutions, managing project scope and budgets, engaging clients, mentoring delivery teams, overseeing quality assurance, and providing training and post-implementation support. The role also manages risks, ensures technical standards, and drives continuous improvement across solution delivery.

Designs and governs end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP architectures, integrations, extensions, data migration strategies, security, scalability, and DevOps processes. Leads discovery sessions, architecture workshops, technical reviews, pre-sales activities, and solution planning. Collaborates with architects, developers, clients, and delivery teams throughout implementation lifecycles, while mentoring technical staff and establishing development and release standards.
